Responsibilities & Context

The Universal Young Leadership Development Program (UYLDP) is designed to identify, develop, and groom future leaders of AKIJ Resource. Selected candidates will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple departments, gain comprehensive business insights, and lead strategic projects that drive organizational growth. Through structured rotations, leadership coaching, and mentorship, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to take on key leadership roles within the organization. This dynamic and challenging program is ideal for ambitious individuals seeking a fast-track career path in a thriving, innovative business environment.

• Rotate across departments to gain cross-functional business knowledge.
• Manage strategic projects to achieve business goals and enhance operations.
• Analyze data to identify business opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
• Present findings and project outcomes to senior leadership for actionable insights.
• Participate in leadership development workshops and on-the-job coaching sessions.
