Responsibilities & Context
Alpha Clothing Limited is a 100% export-oriented Garments Industry, looking for outstanding professional for the following post.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the entire design and product development process, overseeing teams responsible for creating new garment collections, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving innovation while aligning with market trends and business objectives, from initial concept to production-ready garments.
- Overseeing the creative and technical aspects of product design, development, and innovation within the company.
- Develop and execute the overall design vision for the brand, aligning with market research and customer insights to identify key trends and product categories.
- Establish design guidelines and standards to maintain brand consistency across product lines.
- Lead the product development team, including designers, pattern makers, technical designers, and sample makers, to ensure smooth execution of the development process.
- Manage product development calendars, setting timelines and milestones for each stage of the design & development cycle.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- House rent: BDT 40,000/- & Conveyance: BDT 10,0000/- per month.
