We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and compassionate female Vice Principal to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Preschool, Playschool, and Daycare center. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and strong leadership abilities to ensure a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool, playschool, and daycare.
• Monitor teaching staff, caregivers, and support team to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and ensure quality education and care.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and management.
• Monitor child safety, hygiene, and discipline policies.
• Handle administrative tasks including attendance, schedules, and event coordination.
• Assist in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and internal policies.
