Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant education in Business, Law, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel consulting.
Familiarity with visa policies, application procedures, and immigration regulations.Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & verbal).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Guide clients through the visa application process for study, work, and travel visas.Ensure that all documentation is correctly prepared and submitted within deadlines.
Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and any changes in procedures.Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate applications.
Provide visa counseling and pre-departure guidance to clients.
Assist in tracking the status of visa applications and follow up with clients regarding updates.
Manage records and ensure that customer data is accurate and confidential.
Offer tailored solutions for complex cases and rejected applications
