Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking professional, friendly, and service-minded Waiters/ Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure outstanding customer service, uphold restaurant standards, and deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained before and after service.
- Provide menu details, recommend specials, and upsell items when appropriate.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
