Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant department.
- The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Medical College Hospital, Private Hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel), and project management software
- Knowledge of construction methods and quality standards (BNBC 2020)
- Strong site management and supervisory skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation & billing.
