Summary

Education

Masters/Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Highly capable candidate will be given preference).
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a reputed institute is preferable.
Agriculture/Veterinary/Fisheries Degree holders are highly encouraged to apply. Diploma degree holders can also apply.
For highly experienced candidate, educational qualification can be relaxed.

Experience

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements

The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 4 years.
Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
Must have basic mathematics knowledge.
As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.

Must have valid driving license & smart phone.
Presentable & friendly.

Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
Able to handle sales team.
Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of head of Marketing and Sales.
Supervise/ monitor territory sales executives in order to raise sales volume.
Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time
