Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional experience.
Experience
- At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Minimum 5 years in FMCG/Pharmaceuticals/Personal Care product sales.
- At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Age: 28–40 years (negotiable for experienced candidates).

To strengthen our distribution and sales network, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage sales activities in the assigned zone.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop new markets, pharmacies, and retail shop networks.
- Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in the assigned territory.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to management on time.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase brand presence.
