Additional Requirements

• Breeder and layer farm operation experience.

• Hatchery and feed mill exposure (preferred).

• Knowledge of poultry industry practices.

• Poultry rearing skills.

•Communication Skill.

•Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point and Email communication.

Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the poultry & Layer farm.
Assist in daily flock management operations, including data collection related to poultry & Layer health, nutrition, production, and performance.
Support farm supervisors and workers in carrying out their daily responsibilities and ensuring efficient workflow
Conduct accurate data entry and assist in analyzing and interpreting flock performance data to contribute to reports and decision-making.
Maintain and monitor farm equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in proper working condition and comply with safety standards.
Ensure the availability and management of necessary farm supplies and materials.
Perform routine activities related to cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and biosecurity within the farm premises.
Monitor flock body weight, health status, feed intake, and egg/meat production levels, and report any abnormalities.
Coordinate and liaise effectively with hatchery, feed mill, breeder farms, and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
Any activities Assigned by the Supervisor.
