Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Chinese Interpreter to support smooth communication between our Chinese management/team and Bangladeshi staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Mandarin Chinese, English, and Bangla, with previous experience in the garments or textile sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret between Mandarin Chinese and Bangla/English during meetings, production discussions, and factory operations.
• Provide verbal and written translation support for communication between Chinese management and local staff.
• Translate technical documents, quality reports, SOPs, emails, and production-related materials.
• Assist Chinese visitors during factory tours, audits, and quality inspections.
• Work closely with merchandising, production, and quality departments to support communication with Chinese buyers or headquarters.
• Help bridge cultural and language gaps to ensure a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translation and communication tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
