- 3–5 years of experience in financial roles· Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software·
- Strong analytical and reporting ability· Must be familiar with VAT, TDS, and financial controls·
Responsibilities & Context
About the Role:
- Bezpoke is looking for a Chief Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cost control. You’ll be responsible for managing cash flow, tax, vendor payments, and monthly P&L statements.
Job Objective:
- To oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate accounting, budgeting, and reporting. The Chief Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining financial compliance, controlling costs, and enabling informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all financial transactions including income, expenses, purchases, and sales.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Monitor receivables, payables, vendor accounts, and client dues.
- Manage payroll input, taxation, and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Oversee inventory and asset accounting in coordination with Admin.- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop cost control procedures and recommend financial improvements.
