Responsibilities & Context

  • Record and maintain all financial transactions.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journals, and ledger entries.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
  • Monitor funding disbursements and repayment collections from funded businesses.
  • Track installment schedules and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare collection reports, overdue reports, and aging analysis.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, mobile financial service accounts, and cash balances.
  • Maintain investor-wise transaction records and account statements.
  • Assist in profit-sharing calculations and investor payout processing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of funding agreements, payment records, and financial files.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Collection & Recovery team regarding overdue accounts.
  • Respond to investor financial queries and provide account-related information.
  • Prepare and share periodic collection, recovery, and portfolio performance updates with investors.
  • Assist management in cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
  • Perform any other accounts and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
