- Educational qualification is HSC/Diploma with at least 11 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.

Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in planning and executing daily finishing production targets.
- Ensure smooth workflow from sewing to packing sections.
- Monitor production efficiency and take corrective actions to achieve shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, and Merchandising teams for timely order completion.
- Thread trimming, Spot cleaning, Ironing/Pressing, Measurement checking, Folding, Poly packing, Carton packing
- Ensure finishing activities are carried out according to buyer requirements and SOPs.
- Ensure garments meet buyer quality standards before packing.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to reduce defects and rework.
- Monitor finishing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with AQL and final inspection requirements.
- Manage and allocate operators, helpers, and supervisors effectively.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of finishing employees.
- Provide coaching and training to improve workforce performance.
