- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry
- M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry or related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience
- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Perfume, Fragrance, Cosmetics, or Personal Care Product Development.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance composition, blending, and product evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with international fragrance houses will be an added advantage.
- Age preferably within 50 years.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative perfume, body spray, attar, and fragrance-based product formulations.
- Customize fragrance profiles according to market demand and consumer preferences.
- Coordinate with local and international fragrance suppliers.
- Conduct product evaluation, stability studies, and sensory testing.
- Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Maintain R&D documentation and technical records.
- Provide technical support for production scale-up and quality improvement.
