  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Leather Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

    • 6 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Responsibilities & Context

  • Calculate and maintain accurate Standard Minute Values (SMV) for all production processes.
  • Perform line balancing and establish production targets to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct loss time analysis and recommend corrective actions to minimize non-productive time.
  • Lead and support efficiency improvement projects to enhance operational performance.
  • Prepare and monitor factory production plans based on customer demand and capacity.
  • Calculate required manpower and overtime (OT) requirements against production demand.
  • Track daily production progress and take necessary actions to ensure target achievement.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports in a timely manner.
  • Lead continuous improvement and development initiatives to ensure process sustainability and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with the Team Manager and cross-functional departments to monitor and follow up on team activities and production performance.
  • Analyze production data and provide recommendations for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
  • Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
  • Maintain accurate production records and performance metrics.
