Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Diploma in Mechanical
  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience

    • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Sound Knowledge in ISO, SAP, 5’S, Auto CAD(2D, 3D and 3D Max), MS Office and SAP Software.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after engineering in production to expedite business.

  • To take responsibility as a shift in-charge & organize the toolbox meeting.
  • To check the attendance of shift man-power.
  • To issue mechanical spare parts.
  • To check & update the daily checklist & take necessary actions if any abnormality found.
  • To do preventive maintenance as per schedule & keep everything ready.
  • To coordinate with Production Supervisors aligning with mechanical head.
  • Reporting to Mechanical manager & assisting him during maintenance time.
  • To provide concise Preventive Maintenance and schedules for each item for equipment. Keep record all hydraulic machine maintenance.
  • To prepare full lubrication schedules and control their implementation.
  • Have to supervise day to day Hydrolic Machinaries.
  • Have to keep ready utility section for smooth operation.
  • Have to do shifting duty as instruction of Department Head.
  • To raise purchase request to store communicating with mechanical head.
  • Summarize the monthly downtime reports & forward to Mechanical Head.
  • Implementing the CLIT (Cleaning Lubrication Inspection Tightening) for every machine.
  • To perform any other job assigned by immediate Supervisor/Department Head.
