Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or equivalent.

Experience

    • At most 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Wholesale

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Fresher (CSE / EEE) Engineer Encourage to apply.
  • Experience in sales, factory administration, or managing large-scale ERP/Inventory software is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extremely comfortable navigating complex software interfaces, handling rapid data entry, reading reporting dashboards, and utilizing advanced CRM tools.
  • Software Competence: Must have the ability to deeply learn our proprietary system inside and out to perform any and all administrative and operational tasks required by a large business.
  • Mindset: A “do-it-all” attitude capable of handling the high pressure of a large wholesale and factory environment while maintaining meticulous digital records.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to deal with large wholesale clients and to train internal staff.

Responsibilities & Context

Software Master & Store Administrator

  • Full System Control: Act as the primary system administrator using our custom software to manage the entire wholesale and factory operations.
  • End-to-End Management: Handle purchases, stock transfers, barcode generation, inventory auditing, and loss prevention entirely through the software platform.
  • Process Automation: Utilize the software to streamline factory operations, bulk orders, accounting, and wholesale pricing tiers.

Wholesale & Factory Management

  • Manage large-scale factory outputs, raw materials, and finished goods inventory seamlessly within the system.
  • Process bulk wholesale orders, generate quotations, and manage complex invoicing.
  • Oversee supply chain logistics directly from the software dashboard.

Sales & Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Drive B2B wholesale sales and acquire new factory clients.
  • Leverage the software’s CRM features to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on high-value wholesale deals.
  • Analyze sales reports and analytics generated by the software to formulate business growth strategies.

Technical & Operational Leadership

  • As a CSE Engineer, utilize your technical background to deeply understand the software’s architecture, workflows, and edge cases.
  • Train other staff members, cashiers, and lower-level executives on how to properly and efficiently use the software.
  • Troubleshoot operational discrepancies and act as the technical bridge between the business floor and the technical development team.
