Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic interns who want to build a career in ERP implementation and business solutions. The intern will work closely with the implementation team to learn business processes, ERP configuration, testing, and client support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP implementation activities under supervision.
- Assist in business requirement gathering and documentation.
- Help configure ERP modules and master data setup.
- Participate in system testing and issue tracking.
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and reports.
- Attend client meetings and training sessions.
- Provide basic user support and follow up on open issues.
