Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Administration, Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Marketing Analytics will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, ERP, or software products will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Understanding of website management, landing pages, and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
  • Experience using CRM and lead management systems.
  • Ability to plan and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills for digital campaigns.
  • Ability to coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including website content, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence by planning content calendars, monitoring engagement, and growing audience reach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve website performance, SEO rankings, and user engagement to increase organic traffic and conversions.
  • Track, measure, and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture marketing leads while working closely with the sales and business development teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify trends and new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and resource allocation to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Coordinate with design, content, product, and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute email marketing, marketing automation, and customer retention campaigns to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
