Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering will get preference.
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, SEO/SEM courses) are highly desirable.

Experience

    • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Training Institutes, University

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 25 years
  • Only Male
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, education or service-oriented industries.
  • Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns and managing social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing and email/SMS campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop and video editing tools will be a plus.

And about 15000 Students continue their studies under Saic Group. Now we are looking for a candidate for the post of Assistant Executive/Executive – IT Cum Digital Marketing for Rumdo Institute of Modern Technology (RIMT), Mymensingh.

The Assistant Executive/Executive – IT Cum Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the institution`s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting educational technologies, and collaborating with various departments to implement effective IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate security measures and regular backups.
  • Manage network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, ensuring reliable connectivity across the institution.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist faculty and staff with IT-related queries and problems, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain an IT helpdesk system to track and prioritize support requests.
  • Train and support faculty and staff in the effective use of educational technologies and digital tools.
  • Ensure all software licenses are up to date and comply with legal requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, basic programming and CCTV setting.
  • Fully installed and properly functioning computer systems and accessories.
  • An efficient software application and antivirus software on the network.
  • Dynamically provide ICT-related support to all departments in the office.
  • Experience in IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.
  • Ensure network security and connectivity, set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
  • Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
