Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Accounting, Finance & Banking
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Member of ICAB with a minimum of 2–3 years post-qualification experience;
- ACCA Member with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate financial reporting.
Responsibilities & Context
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and executive dashboards.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support Board, Audit Committee, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Internal Control
- Review and strengthen financial and operational control frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and delegated authority structures.
- Conduct control assessments and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business units to implement corrective actions and mitigate risks.
- Support ERP enhancement and reporting automation initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.
Special Projects
- Participate in finance transformation, automation, ERP optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support due diligence, business analysis, and strategic projects assigned by management.
