Education
- Diploma in Electrical
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hatchery
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be willing to work in remote locations, particularly in rural areas.
- Computer proficiency in Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Ability to plan and organize maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage preventive maintenance and monitor machinery’s condition to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Perform repair or general maintenance work on structures such as hatchers and setters.
- Monitor overhauling of generator, PFI (Power Factor Improvement), chiller, air compressor and other hatchery equipment.
- Conduct the troubleshooting of machineries as required.
- Evaluate and implement standard operating procedure to reduce break down time.
- Provide on time requisition with accurate product specification to ensure availability of spare parts.
- Ensure safety of men, materials and machines during maintenance work by following all safety policies
- Provide periodical safety counseling and awareness training to all staff of hatchery to reduce loss time accident (LTA).
