Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office application.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in Quick book and ERP will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in auditing processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and Bangla.
- Provide support in developing financial strategies and planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, Budget entry and variance analysis, reconciliation of various financial data quarterly.
