Manager – Finance

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in Quick book and ERP will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and prepare reports as required.
  • Assist in auditing processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and Bangla.
  • Provide support in developing financial strategies and planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, Budget entry and variance analysis, reconciliation of various financial data quarterly.
