Education
- B.Com. (Hons.) In Accounting and M.Com. From a recognized university; or
- BBA and MBA with a major/concentration in Finance from a recognized university.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- Only Male
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in providing a full range of VAT, Tax, SD, and TDS-related services and compliance activities.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation systems.
- Expertise in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in financial matters.
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, including tax and audit bodies.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in the overall management of the University’s financial, audit, and accounting functions to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of financial statements, budgets, accounts, and periodic financial reports.
- Ensure effective internal control systems and compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, VAT, and financial policies.
- Supervise internal and external audit activities and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor income, expenditure, cash flow, and fund management to ensure proper financial discipline.
