Responsibilities & Context
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other official documents.
- Handle litigation cases, NI and Artha Rin Adalat Cases, liaise with external legal counsel, and represent the company in court or regulatory hearings when required.
- Support management in legal aspects of loan recovery, asset management, and regulatory affairs.
- Maintain legal records, case files, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the financial sector.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
