  • Experience in deposit mobilization and customer service within Bank/financial institutions will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve assigned business targets related to deposit mobilization and advances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver responsive and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and convert them into service improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, and customer protection policies.
  • Monitor and ensure all branch-related expenses are processed according to company policy and procedures.
  • Maintain effective coordination and teamwork within the branch and across related departments.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational and business reports accurately and on time.
  • Support branch operations and ensure smooth execution of banking activities.
