  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 22 years
  • Only Male
  • Good English reading, speaking and writing skills
  • Good computer typing skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF and Email
  • Able to upload and manage documents online
  • Honest, responsible, punctual and willing to learn
  • Previous office experience will be an advantage
  • Educational qualification is important if you have good skills and experience.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a smart, honest, and hardworking Office Administrator to join our team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and typing on computer
  • Filing and maintaining office records
  • Sending and replying to emails
  • Uploading and sharing documents
  • Organizing digital files and office documentation
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks

 

Working Hours:

  • April–October: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
  • October–April: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
