Plant Planning & Operation Manager (Packaging Factory)

Miah & Sons Industries Ltd. is a leading packaging and printing manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Factory Auto Plant Operation Manager to oversee our production operations and ensure smooth factory performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily factory operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure efficient operation of all production machinery and automated plant systems.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet customer and company standards.
• Optimize machine utilization, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
• Minimize production downtime through preventive maintenance and effective troubleshooting.
• Control production costs, reduce wastage, and improve process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Supervise and lead production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, audit requirements, and industry standards.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product development and process improvement projects.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of factory premises and equipment.
• Monitor overall plant performance and recommend strategic improvements to management.
