Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise the activities of the QAD and ensure smooth daily operations of the department.
- Conduct sampling and analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
- Prepare and maintain test reports for Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
- Maintain laboratory reference documents for RM, PM, and FG.
- Prepare and update SOPs, specifications, and other quality documents as required.
- Preserve reference samples of RM, PM, and FG as per standard procedures.
- Perform routine QAD activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in all laboratory activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology.
