Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 34 years
- 2-5 years of experience in Medical Tourism, Healthcare, Travel Agency, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel if required.
- Knowledge of medical tourism destinations and procedures will be a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide initial consultation to patients, understand their medical history, and treatment requirements.
- Match patients with the right destinations, hospitals, and doctors (Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia, China).
- Arrange complete treatment packages including visa, flight, hotel accommodation, and transportation.
- Brief patients thoroughly on pre- and post-treatment care, risks, and benefits.
- Coordinate secure transfer of medical records (MRI, reports, etc.) and ensure proper follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international hospitals and doctors.
- Negotiate the best possible treatment packages for patients.
- Arrange local support services (translators, companions, airport transfers, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end case handling and ensure high customer satisfaction.
