Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or equivalent certifications will be preferred.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ice Cream, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Responsibilities & Context

Lead and manage the organization`s overall IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.
Plan, organize, and monitor technology resources to ensure reliable and efficient business support.
Ensure information systems align with business needs and organizational objectives.
Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of software, databases, and information systems.
Supervise, mentor, and develop IT personnel while ensuring effective allocation of responsibilities.
Maintain information security, manage IT risks, and establish business continuity and disaster recovery measures.
Manage network architecture, servers, backups, and other critical technology infrastructure.
Lead IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, vendor management, and successful delivery.
Establish and enforce IT governance, user access controls, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Manage IT procurement, safeguard IT assets, support IT audits, and perform other duties assigned by Management.
