Responsibilities & Context
Softdeft, a rapidly expanding technology firm headquartered in Dhaka, specializes in cutting-edge ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, high-end web design, and customized software. To fuel our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a driven, enthusiastic Male Business Development Executive to join our collaborative team and help accelerate our market presence.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients across Bangladesh (mainly Dhaka) for ERP software, e-commerce platforms, web design, and other software solutions.
- Field Sales & Demonstrations: Conduct field visits and high-impact meetings to showcase and present company products and services effectively.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture enduring, high-value client relationships while acting as a professional brand ambassador for Softdeft IT at industry events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and campaign execution.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver structured daily and weekly sales progress reports to management and translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
