Requirements
Education
- Minimum Bachelor`s degree from a reputed university
- Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Hotel Management or related field will be an added advantage
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Requirements
- At least 5 years` experience in managing large-scale canteen, cafeteria, institutional catering, hotel/restaurant, food service operation, or factory/plant canteen operation

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day canteen and kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food service for employees
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, safety and overall service standards
- Coordinate menu planning, raw material requisition, inventory control and wastage management
- Supervise kitchen/canteen staff and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for smooth operations
- Handle employee feedback and take necessary initiatives for continuous improvement of canteen service
