Responsibilities & Context
- Calculation and Checking of Inter Process Loss of Textiles Division`s (yarn booking to finished fabrics) and reporting monthly.
- Calculation and Checking of Inter Process Loss of Garments Division`s (cutting to shipment) and reporting monthly.
- Checking and verifying of Yarn booking as per CAD consumption and ascertain of actual booking, additional booking, sample booking; total excess booking.
- Follow up of Wastage management regularly and reporting monthly.
- Checking of various Sub-contact bills.Monitoring of Inventory Management System and conduct physical verification of stock & stores on regular basis of Yarn, Gray Fabrics, Finished Fabrics, Finished Products, and General Store etc. with ERP system.
- Preparation of Comparative Statement of Pre-cost and Post cost on regular basis order wise and finding out of variance between pre-cost and post-cost.
- Preparation of Order Closing/Job Closing on regular basis.
