Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience
-
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Medical Equipment, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of data modeling, statistics, and business analytics.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard preparation, and business performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or other automation tools will be an advantage.
Extra Requirements:
- Motor bike driving experience and a valid license
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic and technology-oriented Accountant & MIS Executive to manage company accounts, financial reporting, banking activities, VAT & Tax compliance, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete company accounts including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
- Develop Excel-based reports, dashboards, and automated reporting systems.
- Prepare and maintain VAT and Tax records and coordinate with finance lawyers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle banking activities including PO, PG, BG, LC, fund transfers, and other banking documentation.
- Visit banks and relevant offices as required for business and financial matters.
- Support management with financial analysis, business insights, and decision-making reports.
