Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for vehicle sales, spare parts, service operations, and expenses.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection from dealers and customers.
  • Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Perform bank, dealer, customer, and intercompany account reconciliations.
  •  Monitor inventory accounting and stock valuation of vehicles and spare parts.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Operations teams for financial control.
  • Analyze profitability and business performance reports.
  • Ensure proper accounting of imports, purchases, VAT, duties, and related costs.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Conduct budget variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial information for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Customs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns and related reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and asset verification.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and financial records.
  • Support ERP implementation and strengthen financial control systems.
  • Review dealer incentives, commissions, warranty claims, and promotional expenses.
  • Monitor after-sales financial transactions and service income.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
