- Completion of Articleship from a leading Chartered Accountancy firm in Bangladesh
Experience

- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms, Financial Consultants
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- The applicants should have experience in leading statutory audits of Textile Manufacturing Companies, Garments/RMG Companies, Private limited companies across various sectors.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS, ISA, Companies Act, Income Tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage statutory audit, internal audit, and other assurance engagements.
- Plan, supervise, and review audit assignments in accordance with applicable auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage audit teams and ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and audit deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients` management and key stakeholders throughout the engagement process.
- Provide advisory and consulting support on financial, accounting, and compliance matters.
- Assist the Partner in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth initiatives.
