Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain strong relationships with existing investors and provide regular support regarding their investments.
- Calculate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual profit statements for investors.
- Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of investment-related financial data and documents.
- Communicate with investors regarding profit distribution, investment status, and account-related matters.
- Generate new investors and contribute to the growth of the company’s investment portfolio.
- Prepare financial reports and investment summaries for management review.
- Assist in processing investor payments, returns, and related transactions.
- Address investor inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
