Responsibilities & Context
- To liaison with sales team for N+1 order forecast.
- To liaison with distributor for confirm of order, payment prove document and booked the order in SAP/ ERP.
- To liaise with the sales team for payment and other order related issues to issue sales order in SAP/ERP
- To liaison with the accounts department to release the delivery order.
- To liaison with the distribution team to release the truck as per delivery order.
- To provide the delivery confirmation to concern sales team.
Skills & Expertise
Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
