Responsibilities & Context

Regional Sales Manager (RSM) 

 

Job Objective

To obtain the position of Regional Sales Manager (RSM), leveraging extensive experience in strategic planning, dealer and sales management, team leadership, market development, customer relationship management, and outstanding management. Aiming to drive regional sales growth, exceed sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a high-performing sales team while continuously seeking innovative solutions and improvements to achieve company objectives.

 

Core Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

1) Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with overall company goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

2) Dealer Sales Management

  • Set sales targets and quotas for the regional team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of TSMs, TSOs, and SEs.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales objectives.

 

3) Outstanding Management

  • Manage and oversee payment collections within the region.
  • Ensure timely collection of dues from dealers and customers.
  • Address and resolve any payment-related issues.

4) Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

5) Market Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee market penetration and expansion efforts.

6) Customer Relationship Management

  • Oversee the customer service strategy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve high-level customer issues and complaints.
  • Implement customer feedback to improve products and services.

 

7) Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

 

8) Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
