Educational requirements: HSC / Honor’s 2nd,3rd,4th years
Student Office time: 9.00am-6.00pm / 3.00pm-10.00pm
Responsibility:
- Ability to handle customer and to satisfy them with the service policies of the organization.
- Having well manner and good behavior
- Capable to report to seniors
- Ability to understand clients needs and present solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer through excellent service and communication
- Handle customer from website, call and Facebook page.
- Provide information and Full Fil customer query
- Other’s task from office.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of relevant computer office
- Fluent in native Bangla
- Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone about products ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management
- Ability to meet the target
- Handle in bound and out bound calls professionally
