Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
* Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement and supply-chain management.* Tendering, bid evaluation, contract and vendor management.
Responsibilities & Context
* Manage end-to-end procurement of medical equipment, medicines, supplies and services.
* Prepare procurement plans, RFQs/RFPs, tender and evaluation documents, comparative statements and contracts.
* Handle *Government and institutional procurement, including e-GP*.
* Support technical and financial bid evaluation.
* Identify, evaluate and monitor suppliers/vendors.
* Manage international sourcing, imports, delivery schedules and supplier coordination.
* Monitor purchase orders, inspection, acceptance, warranty and contract performance.
* Ensure transparency, compliance, competitiveness and value for money.
* Prepare procurement and management reports.
* Coordinate with government agencies, health institutions, development partners and suppliers.
