Additional Requirements

Estimation, Costing & time schedule Making for big Construction work.
Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.
Construction, quality control, preparation of bills, handling of sub-contractors.
To look after overall Project development activities of constructions.
Monitoring and supervising day-to-day construction work on projects.
Making a plan to complete the job in the scheduled time.
Drawing and Maintaining official documents.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Internet Browsing, and Communicating with email.
Structural Design making with Auto CAD, and Rivet Architect software.
Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
Follow-up on all Civil works.
Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
Need to travel frequently & visit various locations in & outside of Dhaka for construction work.
