ROLE PURPOSE:
- The Junior Admin Officer is responsible for assisting with various administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of the office.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
- Reports to:Program Advisor- SDA
- Dimensions: 40% of field visit required
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on general inquiries.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the office and with external parties
- Assist with project management by coordinating with other departments and compiling project information.
- Assist in the management of daily office needs and general administrative activities.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas and manage office equipment.
- Perform duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Maintain a system for recording and filing project documents.
- Assist in document preparation for meetings and presentations.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including setting up conference rooms, coordinating schedules, and sending reminders.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of organizational events and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks and update internal databases.
- Help maintain accurate records and documents of all office activities.
