Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration for a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have drafting skills in Bangla and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • The Junior Admin Officer is responsible for assisting with various administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of the office.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

  • Reports to:Program Advisor- SDA
  • Dimensions: 40% of field visit required

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on general inquiries.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the office and with external parties
  • Assist with project management by coordinating with other departments and compiling project information.
  • Assist in the management of daily office needs and general administrative activities.
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas and manage office equipment.
  • Perform duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain a system for recording and filing project documents.
  • Assist in document preparation for meetings and presentations.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including setting up conference rooms, coordinating schedules, and sending reminders.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of organizational events and meetings.
  • Perform data entry tasks and update internal databases.
  • Help maintain accurate records and documents of all office activities.
