Education

  • Preferred Professional Certification: Sales,Call Centre,Customercare

Experience

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Atleast 1 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the Bangla & English language.
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Good personality for Teamwork.

Responsibilities & Context

Duty Time For Female: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duty Time Male: According to Duty Roster

[9:00 AM – 6:00 PM] , [2:00 PM – 10:30 PM]

  • To provide highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
  • To handle customers in a professional manner. Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the database application.
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  • Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
  • Selling Membership over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
  • Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
  • Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the matrimony packages.
  • Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
  • Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
  • Strictly adhere to the process requirements.
