Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring they are aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, implementing appropriate measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and requirements, and provide effective solutions and support.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, and assess their potential impact on the company’s IT infrastructure and operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of IT.
