Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Chemistry / Textile Engineering /Wet Processing
- Additional certifications in dyeing technology or process management are advantageous.
- Bangladesh University of Textiles,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Technical Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of dyeing processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret production data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite for production planning and reporting.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities & Context
Dyeing Production Management:
- Supervise and coordinate dyeing operations according to production schedules.
- Monitor and optimize PTH (Process to Hour) to achieve production targets.
- Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and process improvement initiatives.
Process Execution:
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Oversee the entire dyeing process to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Shade Topping and Adding:
- Manage dye shade adjustments to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure accurate shade matching and consistency throughout production batches.
Recipe Making:
- Develop and adjust dye recipes based on fabric type and customer requirements.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all dye recipes and adjustments.
Shift Management:
- Schedule and supervise shift activities to ensure smooth production flow.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to optimize operations.
