Requirements

Education

• Minimum B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
• Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Quality (Yarn Dyeing) who will be responsible for the Yarn Dyeing Quality in the Yarn Dyeing Factory.

Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Ensure the quality of dyed yarn and manage daily activities of the Quality Dept.
• Check the dyed yarn shade with the approved shade card and lab report.
• Provide the right decision for major quality issues.
• Discuss with the customer about problematic yarns which are knittable.
• Handle the customer with their individual customers quality requirements.
• Make a daily urgent list and give it to the dryer, hard winding, and packing section.
• Analysis of the weekly and monthly quality performance.
• Report to the top management with data and information.
• Manage the QAD staff and workers.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
