Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in establishing Operational Excellence (OPEX) for plant.
- Ensure 5S & regular check OPEX activity.
- Conduct Daily operation meeting and OPEX center activity.
- Assist in Time study analysis for all types of functional machines.
- Set Standard minute value (SMV).
- Identify efficiency and utilization of manpower and machines.
- Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency.
- Assist in New product development Strategy, and drive the deployment of that strategy through tactical planning and execution.
- Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management.
