Follow proper food handling, grooming instructions and sanitation procedures to ensure that all food is prepare safely by maintaining high standard of hygiene.
Use proper personal proactive equipment (mask, hand gloves, caps, apron, etc.) during working in the kitchen.
Maintains a clean, sanitize and organize work area according to the guidelines.
Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the In-Charge.
Assists Cook to prepare and arrange food.
Wash properly for disinfecting the kitchen utensils and equipment.
Food preparation and food delivery to the patient as well as serve meals to the hospital staffs on time.
Attends all staff meetings and trainings.
Performs additional responsibilities as instructed by the kitchen In-Charge.
